This week a baby white rhino fell into a hole in the Lewa Conservancy area. The young mother was so spooked she ran away, leaving the calf. Rangers rescued the baby, tracked where the mother had disappeared to and led it back her. These are wild animals but this photo shows how the innocent calf quickly adopted the ranger and followed him to the safety of it's mother. Calf and Mother were reunited successfully.
