An itinerary offering an authentic African safari experience (which will undoubtedly bring you extraordinary wildlife sightings and beautiful scenery) followed by some time at the beach to relax and unwind.

Night 1  -  Giraffe Manor (Nairobi)
Night 2  -  Serian (Maasai Mara)
Night 7  -  Kinondo Kwetu (Coast)
Day 11  -  Return journey to Nairobi and flight home

Night 1 – On arrival at Nairobi you will be greeted by a Cheli & Peacock representative who will take you through everything you need to know about the logistics of your Kenya safari.  (Should you have any problems on your holiday they will also be on hand to resolve them.) You will then be taken in a Giraffe Manor vehicle to the hotel about 40 minutes away, depending on traffic, where you will spend the night. Giraffe Manor is a beautiful place to stay and offers a completely unique experience through its habituated giraffe.  It also happens to be a very convenient place to recover from international flights before flying to the Mara for the start of your safari.  

Nights 2 to 6 – After breakfast you will be taken to Wilson Airport, about 20 minutes from the hotel, in time to catch your SafariLink flight to the Mara (about 30 minutes). These are relatively small planes so beware the weight restrictions. On arrival you will be collected by a Serian driver and taken to the camp. Serian has been very cleverly set up to offer clients a complete range of safari experiences. We recommend spending 5 days and nights here to make the most of this.  Spend the first two days and nights at the main camp and either go on game drives in your exclusive vehicle, walks in the private walking concession or just relax by the river.  Then a night at Suguroi Hill (their Tree House) and two at the Nkorombo Camp (a Fly Camp positioned by the Mara river in the Confluence Area). This combination will give you a wonderful insight into the best the Mara and safaris in general have to offer.

Nights 7 to 10 – Being on a Safari can be quite tiring and so this itinerary completes your holiday with 4 nights at Kinondo Kwetu on the South Coast.  The service here is warm, friendly and seamless and the private beach and relaxed atmosphere will provide for the perfect place to relax and unwind.  The journey from Serian to Kinondo Kwetu will involve an 80-minute flight to Diani and then a 20-minute drive.

The final journey will be a two hour drive to Mombasa to connect with your flight to Nairobi and then home.
